The Karri Quintet, formed by Lachlan Edinger, presents forward thinking original Australian music featuring some of Perth's most exciting young artists. Prepare to hear songs from all over the Australian musical landscape - Jazz, Folk, Rock, and branching everything in between. The Karri tree is endemic to South-West WA with firm roots and rich history grounded in the natural Australian landscape, where the quintet draws its name and inspiration from. Expect to be delighted by excellent improvisers and taken aback by the beauty of local Australian music.
